Access Library Materials

How do I access books, course reserves, chapters and other physical materials?

• We can mail Hewes Library books to you
• Books can be borrowed from other libraries and mailed to you (learn more)
• Ebooks can be found in the library catalog and JSTOR database, and many more databases
• Just need a chapter? Library staff can digitize portions of print materials and email to you.

How do I access library databases to find journal articles? 

• Find the list of research databases on the "Databases" tab on the library's website. (See center SEARCH widget.)
• When off campus, database links will first prompt for an MC login. Enter your MC username and password - the same one you use to access your MC email.
• Once logged in, you can use the resource as if you were on campus.
